Job - System Administrator Required

Job Description

Experience with configuring and supporting Linux systems Scripting skills with an administrative language, BASH, Perl. Configuration and maintenance of common applications such as Apache, MySQL, NFS, NTP, SSH, DNS, and SNMP . Middle-Tier Administration as well as Application Support and deployment . Apache HTTP server and J2EE Application Server (ie, JBoss, Tomcat, WebObjects) Administration of Virtualized infrastructure for non-production/production environments . Strong understanding of TCP/IP Networking Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Proven ability to work in a team environment . Skilled at Unix/Linux Scripting Strong Linux operating skills Load balancing Clustering.

Skills and Responsibilities

Minimum of 4 years of system administration experience.

Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft is preferable.

Firm understanding of Linux distributions (Ubuntu/CentOS/Red Hat/SUSE preferable) is a must.

Knowledge of VMware workstation/ESX Server will be preferable.

Knowledge of CISCO.
