Write-On Video is an excellent iPad app for digital storytelling. This is a simple to use app that allows users to upload a video and then annotate, draw, or add pictures/stmaps over it. Best of all, it integrates w/ Evernote and allows users to even create a slideshow or storyboard of their videos, photos, or annotations.
