FUTO Post UTME 2012/2013
Exam Date has been fixed! The date for FUTO Post UTME
2012/2013 Examination is
from the 14th of June, Thursday to the 16th of June Saturday.
This examination is for those
candidates who chose FUTO
either as their first/second choice of university and scored 180 and above in the 2012 JAMB UTME exams.
Qualified candidates are
required to pay the sum of One thousand naira (N1, 000.00) and obtain a scratch card from the following Banks all over the country:
==> First Bank Plc
==> Diamond Bank Plc.
==> UBA Plc.
==> First City Monument Bank.
After depositing the money, an
e-transact slip will be issued to
you from the bank, you are not
to lose this slip. You should go the school portal at www.futo.edu.ng with your e-transact receipt number and complete the Post-UTME Screening online form.
==> Complete the application form carefully
==> Upload your passport
photograph
==> Preview the completed form
and submit.
==> Print the completed on-line
registration form

Requirements for the Screening Examination
Candidates are to come to the
examination hall with the
following documents:
1. Original JAMB Result Slip and
photocopy.
2. e-transact slip used for
registration
3. Two copies of the Federal
University of Technology,
Owerri (FUTO) online Registration form duly completed, carrying a
passport-size photograph
4. UTME result slip and
photocopy
5. Writing Materials include: HB
pencils, sharpener and Erasers
