NASA Resources
I am preparing to help plan a summer STEM teacher workshop for some Middle School teachers in Colorado (affectionately named STEM Boot Camp since it will be held at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs). My partner in crime, Lisa, and I are planning what we'd like to teach for our portion of the workshop and I can always find a great idea from NASA! The NASA Educator's Guides are a wonderful resource for anyone who is looking to add some interest to your curriculum. They are sometimes difficult to find, but just keyword "Educator Guide" in the search field. Each guide is dedicated to a particular space topic and contains background reading, lessons, experiments, and inquiry-lessons!
