Inter Part I Exams Form Submission Schedule

Board of Intermediate Education,Karachi has announced the schedule of forms submission of Annual Exams 2013 HSC Part I.

Pre-Medical,Pre-Engineering,General,Commerce,Humanities,Home Economics and Medical Techology students can submit their forms from November 19 to December 12,2012 in their respective colleges.Last date of form submission with late fees is February 4,2013.
Commerce and Humanities Private students can submit their forms with in the same duration as above in the Board Office,Karachi.For more information contact your college.

Admissions Open - Karachi University

Admissions are open in Karachi University(KU) for 2013 session.


Admission process would start from November 11,2012.First,D-Pharmacy admissions will begin then Entry tests would held for Business Administration,Public Administration,Computer Science,Chemical Engineering,Bio Technology and Environmental Studies programs.Admission Test in these programs would held from November 30 to December 4,2012.Admission form price is Rs. 1000 for these faculties.Open Merit forms will be available for Rs. 600.

Admissions in IBA for Spring semester 2013 will start from October 18,2012.

Entry Test held at NED

Admission Test for Academic Session 2013 was held at NED University of Engineering and Technology today.

7,633 students gave the the test for 1952 seats.1700 seats are for regular and 253 for self-finance scheme.

QS Rankings:NUST among Top 500 Universities

NUST is the only Pakistani university included in the Top 500 World Universities list by QS Rankings since a couple of years.It also got 324th rank in the Engineering & Technology Rankings this year.

Delay in CAP Results 2012

It's September 9,2012 and Centralized Admission Policy(CAP) hasn't published the first merit list yet.Intermediate papers are scheduled to begin in the first week of May,2013.This means,only seven months remain in the final exams.

Coaching centres start their sessions in June-July so that a student can learn most before the final exams.Some students only rely on the government colleges and for them,only few months remain to study and prepare for the final exams.




Earlier,the CAP Committee announced that they will publish the first merit list in the first week of September,2012 but as of now no list has been published.

Concerned authorities should look into this matter and save the students's precious time.

Admissions Open - KMDC 2012-2013

Admissions open in Karachi Medical and Dental College(KMDC) for the 2012-2013 Session.

Forms will be available from September 18,2012 to September 29,2012.
Last date of form submission is October 1,2012(upto 2:30 p.m)

Total no. of seats for MBBS are 250 and 100 for BDS.

All the universities of Sindh will remain closed from May 9 to May 12 due to the Elections 2013,according to a statement issued by the spokesman of Governor of Sindh.
